Overview

The town of Milton, Del. adopts and enforces the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2006 edition.
• The International Residential Code, 2006 edition.
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 edition.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2006 edition.
